This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of housekeeping services for all of Saint Meinrad Archabbey and will provide daily direction, coaching, and guidance to the housekeeping staff. As a working lead housekeeper, you will ensure cleaning responsibilities are met by everyone, to include all areas from ceiling to floor. Requirements include:

• 1 year of experience

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and initiative

• Experience with computers

• Able to do excessive walking and some climbing and lifting

• Experience in handling cleaning products and equipment
