Customer Service Representative

Introduction

Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service for our Abbey Caskets division. You would respond to inquiries regarding products, service, and insurance via phone, mail, email and fax. You would be responsible for maintaining accurate invoices, payments, and deposits, and processing insurance policies and claims.

A successful candidate would have the education and/or experience commensurate with an associate degree in business or a related field. Good communication, organizational, decision-making, and computer skills are a must.



Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries regarding products, service, and insurance via phone, mail, email, and fax.
  • Maintaining accurate invoices, payments, and deposits.
  • Processing insurance policies and claims.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience commensurate with an associate degree in business or a related field.
  • Good communication, organizational, decision-making, and computer skills are a must.
