To cancel your room or your registration for a retreat, call (812) 357-6611 and ask for Guest Services Reservations or email guestservices@saintmeinrad.edu. There is a $25 nonrefundable deposit.

Effective Pastoring Workshops (The Associate Pastor, Gearing up to be a Pastor, and The Newly Appointed Pastor): You can cancel your registration at any time prior to the program and receive a 100% refund.
Pre-retirement Workshop: You can cancel your registration at any time prior to the program and receive a 100% refund, except for a $50 nonrefundable fee (this pays for the Retirement Success Profile for Diocesan Priests).
World Priest Program: You can cancel your registration at any time prior to the program and receive a 100% refund.
Stoking the Fire Sabbatical: If you are accepted into the sabbatical program, the $250 application/deposit fee is nonrefundable. The fee is fully refunded if the applicant is not accepted into the program.
The $250 application/deposit fee is fully refunded to any Patricia Kirchdorfer Scholarship recipient upon arrival for the sabbatical, but is forfeited if the scholarship recipient cancels within 30 days of the sabbatical.
Returns will be accepted if the merchandise is defective or if an item of clothing is the wrong size. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The customer can choose to receive a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the merchandise.
