Lead Housekeeper

Introduction
We are looking for a Lead Housekeeper. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of housekeeping services for all of Saint Meinrad Archabbey and will provide daily direction, coaching, and guidance to the housekeeping staff. As a working lead housekeeper, you will ensure cleaning responsibilities are met by everyone.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- 1 year experience
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Computer experience
- Able to do excessive walking and some climbing and lifting
- Experience in handling cleaning products and equipment
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and initiative
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operation of housekeeping services
- Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to the housekeeping staff
- Ensure cleaning responsibilities are met by everyone
Experience & Qualifications
