Abbey Caskets is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for providing product and service information; processing phone, mail, web, and fax orders; resolving any emerging problems; and maintaining accounting tasks.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience
  • Education and/or experience commensurate with an associate degree in business or related field
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and work with diverse personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
