Associate Director of Annual Giving

Introduction
Are you passionate about serving others and building donor relationships? Saint Meinrad Archabbey is looking for an Associate Director of Annual Giving. This person is integral in promoting the work of Saint Meinrad by assisting in all efforts related to promoting, maintaining, recognizing, and renewing Saint Meinrad’s annual fund donors. This role also involves building donor relationships through visits and events. As a key member of the Development Office, this person assists in various annual giving programs.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in all efforts related to promoting, maintaining, recognizing, and renewing Saint Meinrad's annual fund donors.
- Research and implementation
- Coordinating the Gift Acknowledgement Process
- Developing relationships with donors and benefactors
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year experience in mission advancement or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Must be a practicing Catholic
