Second Shift Registered Nurse

Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and professional full-time, second shift RN.
The shift for this role is 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. CT and every third weekend.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess medical situations
- Answer patients' call lights
- Transport patients in wheelchairs to meals, chapel, etc.
- Bathe and assist with dressing and daily care.
- Check vital statistics
- Administer oral and topical medications
- Document and maintain accurate patient records
Experience & Qualifications
- Licensed in the State of Indiana
- At least one year of experience
- CPR certification
- TB certification recommended
