The laity are instructed in Lumen Gentium to contribute to the sanctification of the world through the witness of their lives. We are called to use our gifts and expertise to transform our vocation into a holier realm. Imagine, then, a workplace where leaders aspire to such a high calling. Imagine a place where the leader loves her colleagues, direct reports, and fellow employees as herself. Such a workplace is possible – and it hinges heavily on the Catholic view of the human person. This workshop will examine leader theory and best practices through the interpretive lenses of Scripture and our Catholic tradition. (9 a.m.-3 p.m. Central Time, $55 per guest)
