Thanks for visiting our “Contact Us” page. Father Simon Herrmann here, Director of Vocations. If you would like to know more about the monastic life at Saint Meinrad Archabbey, my contact information is below. I would be happy to answer any of your questions.
I am also happy to meet with middle school students, high school students, college groups, or other discernment groups when they visit Saint Meinrad. I prefer visiting with students or groups when they are at Saint Meinrad because those visits leave a lasting impact on the lives of those who visit. Generally, my time with these groups includes an overview of monastic life at Saint Meinrad as well some encouragement in discernment and Q&A sharing.
I am open to visiting middle/high school students, college groups, or other discernment groups in your various locations. However, I limit these trips and try to tie them in with other work that takes me away from the monastery. Still, I prefer to encourage groups to visit Saint Meinrad.
